Incredibly crappy documentary focusing on Gorgoroth frontman Gaahl and his beliefs. I will not go into detail about my personal opinion on Gorgoroth and Gaahl here but I will say that Gorgoroth have never released a decent album that featured Gaahl. Not only that makes this documentary worthless sensationalism; the documentary is also filled with mistakes and outright lies. To give you one example: in part 1 at 2:58 the documentary says that Norwegian black metal started at the end of the eighties with bands like Darkthrone and Emperor but that's simply not true. Mayhem is the only Norwegian band that released a black metal album in the eighties. Darkthrone and Emperor weren't black metal until 1992, so that's the early nineties not the end of the eighties. I really feel that it is a shame that such incredibly shoddy documentaries are still being made about metal. I personally blame it on the hype around Headbanger's Journey, it probably made some filmmakers decide to cash in on the trend. Anyway, this documentary sucks and it has a stupid title too considering how phony it is.

I´ve seen the documentaries and I´ve liked it. There are mistakes - but where are not? But you are right - the title is really stupid.
